Where We Meet...
We meet on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month, 7:00-8:30pm at St. Margaret's Episopal Church off west 6th Street in Lawrence, Kansas. Please come visit us and bring a friend. We welcome new members.
Meetings are run by our crew president. Our crew leadership includes a president, vice president of program, vice president of administration, secretary, treasurer, chaplain, historian, and quartermaster. Our adult advisor and associate advisors serve as mentors to the crew leadership and support our scout run organization.
We have a yahoo group set up to keep our crew members informed about upcoming events and things that are happening with the crew. It's a members only group open to members of the crew and their families. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/kscrew2052/
Our scouts have also put together a FaceBook page for the crew. You must be invited by a crew member to have access to it.

As a Venturer, I promise to do my duty to God and help strengthen America, to help others, and to seek truth, fairness, and adventure in our world.
The Venturing Code
As a Venturer, I believe that America's strength lies in our trust in God and in the courage, strength, and traditions of our people.
I will, therefore, be faithful in my religious duties and will maintain a personal sense of honor in my own life.
I will treasure my American heritage and will do all I can to preserve and enrich it.
I will recognize the dignity and worth of all humanity and will use fair play and goodwill in my daily life.
I will acquire the Venturing attitude that seeks truth in all things and adventure on the frontiers of our changing world.
